The conventional piping components, such as "tee," "elbow," "cross," and "nipple," have been modularized. This allows for flexible combinations with a wide range of options, such as shut-off valves and pressure switches. As a result, the system achieves significant space savings and a significant reduction in piping work.
In the QUBE series, components can be directly connected to each other, resulting in a significant reduction of occupied space. The assembly dimensions are determined solely by the sum of the component dimensions.
The QUBE series offers a wide range of variations with 3 body sizes and connection port sizes from Rc1/ 8 to Rc3 / 4, allowing for optimal selection according to flow rate and piping.
The QUBE series features ports one size larger than necessary for flow rate and body size, which can result in cost savings by selecting one size smaller series based on flow rate.
In the QUBE series, different series can be connected to each other, allowing for the optimal combination of series depending on the flow rate of the branch when deployed in a system unit.
Features
• The bracket-integrated body
It allows direct bolt-on mounting onto the machine side without the need for separate mounting hardware. (Optional brackets are also available.)
• The "bolted robust connection" (patent number 1805706)
It refers to a design where the bodies are directly connected with bolts, resulting in minimal deflection or play in the joint.
• Safety mechanism equipped shut-off valve
It conforms to ISO 4414, OSHA, and JIS B8370 regulations for air pressure system supply interruption valves.
• One-touch detachable bowl (65 series)
Even if residual pressure remains when removing the bowl, it prevents the bowl from flying off.
• Assuring seal with O-rings
The absence of seal tape material eliminates the generation of waste such as tape scraps.

The modular type FRL enables significant reduction in occupied space.

Although compact, this direct-mount pressure gauge utilizes a bourdon tube, which has a thickness of less than half that of conventional gauges (compared to our company's previous models).
